Please read below for a list of common questions, and if you still can't find what you're looking for, reach out to us via phone, text, or the contact form!

1. COVID DISCLAIMER

Sense of Bali Spa follows the CDC guidelines for the safety of clients and staff. Please adhere to these policies:

  • Stay home if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
  • Wear a mask throughout the entire process of the massage.
  • Wash hands or use hand sanitizer before entering the treatment room.
  • Let staff check your temperature before the massage begins.
2. Spa Arrival

We recommend that you check in at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This allows a stress-free check in and enough time to fill out a brief client intake form. If you are late for your service, I will do my very best to accommodate you but I cannot guarantee the scheduled time as there may be another appointment following yours.

3. Health Conditions

Please advise of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries, which could affect your service when making your Spa reservation. The more I know about you the better I can customize your spa experience.

4. Cleanliness

In keeping with my commitment to cleanliness, safety and well-being, my equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

5. Draping Policy

All treatments follow a full draping policy to ensure the propriety of all guests. You will be comfortably draped during your body treatment and/or massage. Please feel free to dress to your level of comfort.

6. Gratuity

The rates listed do not include gratuity. At your discretion, a gratuity for each service is appropriate & appreciated.

7. Client Behavior

Sense of Bali Spa provides professional therapeutic massage services. Any behaviors that are deemed inappropriate by the Massage Therapist or requests for suggestive or inappropriate services, will result in immediate termination. In addition, any attempt to record a session will also result in immediate termination. In order to prevent any "misinterpretation", please make sure your phone is turned off and out of sight.

8. Hours and Scheduling

Appointment time are available upon request. Hours are subject to change. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least one day (24 hours) in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee.
